The hotel was wonderful and reasonably clean inside, I liked it. The rooms were nicely furnished and brand-new with a well filled minibar.

We had really tasty breakfasts with dessert.

The value for money was excellent, the room was great and clean, and the location was perfect for beach access. The staff treated us well and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.

This place was pleasant, with newly renovated rooms, amiable staff. Fine food in the restaurant, very tasty breakfast with dessert.

the rooms could do with having tea/coffee facilities , and the tv could be connect to the satalite, as all channels only had italian , my italian not that good, the breakfast juices had been watered down, the staff ok...

Beautifully presented and well-equipped rooms with a well filled minibar and lovely bar area. Marvellous breakfast selection for all tastes with dessert. The pool area is very clean too.

The overall atmosphere was quiet, nevertheless some staff members were impolite. The bed was comfortable, the staff was caring and amicable.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices for a beachfront location. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the well-filled minibar in the room to the lovely condition of the rooms, complete with a balcony. I was impressed with the service from the staff, who were friendly and accommodating. The basic amenities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the highlight was the delicious breakfast that included three other courses including dessert.

I loved this hotel! It was incredibly clean and facilities were fantastic. The location was perfect for me as I needed to be close to the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing - I could see the sea! The staff were really friendly and the breakfast had a good variety of options. I also appreciated the free parking on site.

For us it was ideal.

The hotel's location is excellent, a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the old town. Easy to find/walk to from the train station. Rooms are a nice size and are clean. The balcony was nice to sit out on whilst having some drinks and looking out over the ocean - although we were on the 5th floor so from lower you'd probably only see trees and adjacent buildings. The pool was clean and good for an evening swim. Breakfast was included with the price and was nice.

Basically the hotel is 3* which is evident throughout, the fittings/furnishings are basic and not plush in any way, however the rate's are cheap and for the location it's worth it - we were only there for 3 nights so for a short city trip/San Marino excursion it was probably worth not paying more to stay in a 4/5*. Whilst we were there a lot of older people were staying which made it feel a bit like an old peoples home. There was only 1 chair on the balcony so we had to use the one from the room also - i noticed that unlike ours some of the room balconies didn't have a table which would have been a pain.
