The location was excellent and the hotel was very good value for money.

This hotel is very central, the building is recently renovated and toast etc available at good price in the same cafe.

Very central location, also is very good situated you arrive to the Maria Zambrano train station and department store right next to - very handy for families.

Good location for current purposes, very well situated for the main shopping street and we liked the proximity to shopping.

Convenient for access to airport and close minutes of walking to tha main interesting place.

Air con Helpful staff, we had a room facing the small courtyard so have no complaints about noise.

Room had strong smoke odor even in clean towels otherwise was fine for 1 night.

5 min to excellent restaurants just off main shopping street, staff are friendly and efficient, there is also a safe in the room can be used free of charge.

    The location was central and the staff were very kind during our extended stay due to the volcanic ash. The front desk folks were very professional and nice, the receptionist greeted us we arrived was super friendly and helpful, the room was fairly large and comfortable. Had good facilities.
