Value for money and great taste in this small hotel was excellent.
The lounge area is very open lots of comfy settees, for me this is the best hotel for value that I stay in throughout europe and staff are friendly without being intrusive.
The proximity to my family live in the village, quiet location and made to feel very welcome.
I had a terrible nights sleep on the lumpy, flat pillows and was a bit miffed at the location of the room next to the carpark when I has requested a quite room as I have difficulty sleeping.
The hotel building/interior and our loft room were very nice, and the location is also good for exploring the Cotswold area.
Its a wonderful hotel in a superb location - deserves better than its 3 star rating - get yourself a sports jacket & open top car & book in!
Great location to visit the cotswolds,Stratford upon avon or just walk round Wroxton which is a lovely village.
In addition to a comfy double bed, the room also had a writing desk and chair, another chair, good-size wardrobe with iron, ironing board and hair drier, a cupboard and a quite small TV with only 7-8 channels.
Great quality english breakfast, i'm big on service and the room was perfectly adequate the double bed was a little small.
Bathroom good size recently refurbished white suite (chrome mixer shower over enamel bath)& large neutral wall tiles- all clean although wooden blind in bathroom needed a dust.

Dinner absolutely first class both evenings in romantic peaceful surroundings - room a little "thrown together" but nice size, huge bed and clean.
But here is the best bit - the restaurant is first class, we ate there on two evenings (as well as breakfast each day) and the food was excellent, if you go try the freshly made soup with home baked bread and the seafood pasta - superb!
The room was comfortable, tony from the bar was pleasant and we enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant in the evening.

The room was modern, there was also a wide choice of food at breakfast and the dinner was superb.
The food in the restaurant was wonderful, with 3 courses plus coffee for £25 as well as little extras thrown in!
The location was perfect for our needs, the hotel staff was very helpful and courteous, service was very good and friendly.
Welcoming interior, great staff and the receptionist was very helpful.
