I found the only good thing about the location was its proximity to I-135.
Finally I got my key card and some sketchy directions to my room, with no reference to a map of the property to show the location of my room.
In our room, there was dog poop under the bed, dried, nasty dog poop!
On the plus side -- my room was clean, and my bed was comfortable.
The room itself was fine, the pool was warm.
The food was not the best, and we found hair in it, and the guy in the dinning room did nothing about it but tell us to get another plate.
It took me five minutes (and reparking my car twice) before I finally found my room.
The hotel restaurant is a Country Kitchen, with so-so food.
A Country Kitchen is connected to the front lobby and we were given coupons for the Breakfast Buffet.
A really good deal as the buffet had lots of choices (fruit, eggs, bacon, cold cereal, doughnuts etc) Much, much better than the regular continental breakfast usually provided in motels.
Staff are helpful and free breakfast is ok.
Guests receive passes for a complimentary breakfast buffet.
Only one complaint the young lady at the front desk on Saturday was aloof and shrugged when we asked questions.
Thank you Sunday crew, thank you housekeeping, thank you Country Kitchen staff.
The pool are is older but water temps are great!
There are always towels in the pool area, which is usually a problem at most hotels I stay in.
They had an inside pool which was very nice.
The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean.
