Though pricey for a simple motel room at $100CAN, I was very disappointed to find upon arrival that they wanted to charge an additional $20 for our two boys in our 2 bed room.

The on-site outdoor pool was nice and clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable.

The beverage containers, dirt in the bath tub etc remained.

When we called repeatedly to the front desk and went in person regarding the smelly backed - up toilet, we were told they do not fix toilets.

I paid $10 extra to have a handicapped accessible room, as I was travelling with my 93 year old mother, but the bathroom was definitely not handicapped friendly.

The breakfast offered all the food our kids enjoy.

Minimal breakfast selections, but available in a large, comfortable dining area.

We were within a 5 minute drive for restaurants, marinas, shopping, etc.

I booked this motel through the Best Western reservation service months before our one night visit to Brockville, Ontario.

Brockville is very historical and tHE ONLY POSITIV THING IS: THE STAFF ARE GREAT.

I confirmed my reservation just days before our arrival.

The price was fair for the area and we enjoyed the outdoor pool.

The friendly staff tried to charge us more than expected, nice clean room and the coffee was good as another reviewer mentions.

The room was a little worn, but clean enough, though the strong smell of disinfectant or insect repellent permeated our luggage.

The room was clean and spacious with a micro-wave and small refrigerator.

The service was not bad, owner was very nice and the room was clean and spacious.

    Good breakfast.

    Thin walls, can hears people in the next room.

    Nice simple motel not far from the water or town. The breakfast offered all the food our kids enjoy.
