This hotel offers great value for money, with competitively priced rooms that are large and designed in modern colors. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms equipped with good lighting and the possibility to sit outside. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, offering a wide variety of options including bacon, sausage, cooked eggs, fresh fruits, and fresh breads. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, providing quick and useful answers to all our questions.

Large room with comfortable bed and sufficient equipment. Good, adequate breakfast and very friendly and attentive, but not pushy staff. Parking possibilities in the underground car park very good and for 8 €/day price is ok.

In the bathroom unfortunately only soap dispenser, offered free care products (according to the hotel room folder available at the reception) not available. Room on the 2nd floor to the street and bus stop quite loud.

The hotel bar, although everything there, but very overpriced, e.g. 2 Bacardi Cola for 20 Euro, I was a little short of words... in the evening other local people preferred

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy with a lovely view of the city. We also liked the fact that the hotel was located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. The underground parking was quite tight and difficult to navigate. Additionally, there was no air conditioning which made the room uncomfortably warm at times. Lastly, the Wi-Fi was not very reliable and made it difficult to get work done while we were there. we enjoyed our weekend stay but these issues did detract from the experience.

Cetainly it was the central location that was appealing. Very friendly staff who were always willing to help at all times.

The breakfast buffet was great, the staff very friendly, the room very quiet and clean. The location to the old town is prime!

The staff, breakfast, cleanliness, location and comfort were all amazing at Best Western Hotel Wetzlar. The manager/receptionist was professional and efficient, and the hotel's convenient location near the old town and eateries was perfect. The room, especially the Executive Apartment, was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the garden and swimming pool.

The breakfast was good and the bed comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located near the city center and offered a nice view of the river.

The management did not respect our privacy and allowed access to our room without our permission. the room was not properly cleaned and there were stains on the sheets.
