Tried to send us to another local hotel, wouldn't pay the difference.
Nice location and the Restaurant attached to the hotel was priced very well.
Good location, the hotel is very clean and tidy, all staff are friendly.
In a convenient location and this hotel was great to stay at.

I liked the location, the comfortable atmosphere and display high standards of customer service.
The room was a reasonable size with 2 doubles and a sofa bed which was made up and ready to go.
However, the room we had is infested with bed bugs.
After a day at the mall, we used the pool, tub and steam room, which were all well maintained,with complimentary towels etc.
From the outside the hotel looked great, friendly staff and the king sized bed too.
The staff were VERY accomodating, most comfortable bed I've ever slept on.
Restaurant had good service and food as well.
Also the staff was friendly, my room was comfortable and the food was excellent in the restaurant.
Staff was very accommodating though we received a substantial discount at the restaurant because of our steaks being undercooked.
The Restaurant attached to the hotel was priced very well and tasted great!
Food as well, this Best Western facility in the capital of Alberta.
Front Desk staff were great, lots of room to move around was nice because i have two children and restaurant had good service.
The service staff were very friendly in all areas, the hotel did not meet any reasonable standard of cleanliness and the girl at front desk was very good.
Ended up having to drive half way across the city to another best western, hotel staff are very nice and the service is great and fast.
The pool is a decent size and we enjoyed it very much.
We missed the valet parking because we arrived late.
To get to our floor we rode an elevator up that hiccuped every time you stepped off and made you wonder if it was safe.

The swimming pool and hot tub were very clean and well kept.
I'm personally not one for sleeping in other beds people have slept in but I had no problems in this hotel it is very clean!
Clean rooms and nice menu in the restaurant.
Hotel is way better once you are inside than from outside, the rooms are clean.
