Location wise, well 's a few miles away from the city centre, nice decor and great price. The staff were amazing and receptionist was very friendly on arrival and helpful. The room was large, also the food was good in the grill restaurant.

Warm friendly staff and a good location for Birmingham attractions, lovely hotel, great service. Bedroom and bathroom very clean, nice bar. Big screen sports and karaoke on a sunday evening, excellent breakfast.

Noisy road outside from 5.30am and menu not up to BW tandards.
