Had such a great stay on a business trip. The hotel had a central location close to downtown.- It was close to stores, places to eat, and the shopping street of Courtenay with shops and restaurants.

This place provided one of the best stays during my business trip, with a satisfying breakfast offering a variety of options.

The location was excellent, for example, Art Alchemy Studio was within a close distance from the hotel. It was located in a central area near the attraction of the local ski hill and downtown, shops and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed in-house restaurant.

My room was pet-friendly and brand-new, equipped with a comfortable double bed. The location was convenient for Courtenay, near Comox Harbour, Comox, and various shops and restaurants.- There was a restaurant on-site, which was very convenient.

The room was well-equipped with modern furnishings and had a nice balcony that offered a scenic view of the mountains. 🏞️

I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western The Westerly Hotel during the winter season. The complimentary breakfast had lots of options to choose from.- The location of the hotel was convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Sid Williams Theatre.- I dined at the in-house restaurant nearby and had a great experience.

It was fairly clean, and the people where polite.

The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown with a large grocery store right across the street. Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll to the river estuary park or explore the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and friendly service. The breakfast offers a satisfactory variety of options, including delicious homemade bacon, eggs, hash browns, and toast. Guests can also relax in the hot tub and enjoy the wide shower heads with amazing water pressure.

Some guests experienced noise disruptions due to ongoing renovations at the hotel.

Lots of rooms (rooms, parking, surroundings). Rooms have balcony. Hiking trails for the dog. Excellent restaurant. Not far from natural landscapes (Mt. Washington, Nympf if etc.).

Slightly too close to the road or bridge, you can hear the noise when the cars drive over the bridge (with the balcony door open).

This place is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from shops, pubs, and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western! The pool was clean and well-maintained, and our kids had a blast swimming. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure our needs were met. The central location was convenient for exploring the area. we highly recommend this hotel for a great family stay.

The location was fabulous. You can be near to the mountains, sea, rivers or lakes whatever you prefer. The staff are excellent. No matter what we asked we got help in a great way. We asked to change rooms once we checked in as our room was near to a noisy road/bridge. This was done immediately with no problem. We also needed help as the wi-fi was not working correctly. A member of staff came to our room within 5 minutes of recording the problem.

The wi-fi didn't work consistently for us in our room or in the main hotel areas. We would get on no problem bu then it would go off line and we could not get it back on again. However we did advise the staff and they dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. The indoor pool was tiny - it is not big enough to have a reasonable swim in it. The saunas were not on and they took ages to heat up enough to use them.

No breakfast was offered. It is now offered in most hotels and is included in the price. Extra costs were due here.
