The place was spotless and lovely, offering amazing views of the old town, and we were upgraded to a spacious room with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an electronic key card.

The customer care was exceptional and truly made a lasting impression on me. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, with easy access to Old Town and plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping options. The availability of affordable parking was a pleasant surprise as well. My room was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, although the space was a bit small, causing some wait times. However, the variety and quality of the food made up for it. I had a great experience at Best Western Vilnius and would highly recommend it to others for their stay in Vilnius.

The staff are pleasant and amazingly nice. The location is unbeatable and magnificent, located next to the green bridge which is central for walking to tourist attractions, the train station, malls, and the historical center of Vilnius.
