Convenient parking with lift, excellent breakfast, friendly and professional staff, and great suite amenities with a nice whirlpool and comfortable beds. The location was ideal, close to all the restaurants in this charming sea village atmosphere, and there were ample activities nearby.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even providing me with a room that had a large double bed as I had requested. The bed itself was so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. The room amenities were top-notch, including a fabulous selection of toiletries and even two bathrobes for my spa visit. Speaking of the spa, while it may be a bit older, it still had everything I needed to relax and unwind, including a sauna, Jacuzzi, and a small pool. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast in the beautiful hall. It had an impressive array of options, from fresh fruits and yogurt to fluffy croissants and even the opportunity to make your own waffles. It was a great way to start the day!

Our stay was much too short with only one night

The hotel is very centrally located, close to the port. Parking spaces are available for a fee. The room was well equipped and clean, the breakfast was very good.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel, located in a charming sea village area, close to the harbour. The location was ideal, as it is an area without many hotels but with ample activity nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and provided top-notch service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh and healthy options, and the room was newly renovated and very clean, with a flat-screen TV offering many channels to choose from. The bathroom was well-equipped and had plenty of towels, and the view of the pier was stunning.

The breakfast was amazing! You will definitely want to try it. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very conveniently located near popular restaurants and attractions. Plus, the friendly staff went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The parking situation was a bit frustrating, as there wasn't enough available parking on the hotel's property or nearby. We ended up having to pay for public parking and had trouble with the machine not accepting credit cards.

Rooms have no view so changed to a room with a sea view which cost equivalent on an additional £40 a night. The room had a very dismal view over rather ugly rooves. The more expensive room had more facilities but did not merit the extra cost. Regrettably we did not try the bed till late at which point we discovered the bed was partially collapsed meaning sleeping on an incline in a letter v shape. Staff attitude was poor on this matter.

Our New Year's Eve celebration was ruined by the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the halls and common areas. The noise from the party downstairs was also a disturbance.

Calm quiet place in that nice little city, 150 m from water front. But I could not really enjoy the place in November as it could be in July... Not a big choice of hotel in that city anyway.

No possibility to warm up the room. Small bathroom which would need to be refurbished. I was parked in the street in front of the hotel, but I was said to park in enclosed hotel parking (at 120 sek) because parking was limited for 2h. However, other cars have spent the night outside, so I have checked for signs and could not found any... I am not familiar with Swedish signs and I have no time to check deeper, but I had the feeling to be abused!
