I've stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels and for the value and cleanliness this one gets my vote.

The hotel has a great location -- near Cornell, the staff was polite and the room I had this last time was large.

The hotel has a great location -- near Cornell, the staff on duty the night of 12/26-27 was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean.

The bed was comfortable, bathroom was large, and the room was very clean.

We stayed in the 400 wing (thanks to an earlier reviewer's comments); room included gas fireplace and jacuzzi, and king size bed.

The rooms here are large and clean (though I did find gum on the back of the bed while I was searching for an electrical socket).

Overall is very clean, towels look almost new, the room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and there was even a refrigerator and a microwave.

The bed was comfortable, refrigerator so that was nice to keep snacks.

Windows up high, the continental breakfast and we used the outdoor pool.

Continental breakfast was just fine in the lobby and they had a service for picking up.

The continental breakfast was nice, and the proximity to the University is the best part, so we would recommend it.

The manager/front desk were very helpful and bathroom was large.

The front office went out of their way to help us with things to do and offered the free shuttle to downtown Ithaca.

If you have never been to Ithaca, the traffic and parking can't be quite difficult and frustrating.

We had a great dinner at Moosewood and it was so nice to see their shuttle waiting to take us back.

Also, a free wireless Internet connection!

    We have stayed in several rooms over the years since our son has moved to Ithaca. We have had the room with the Jacuzzi & also the room with the Fireplace.

    The view out the big windows was of the Cornell campus about half a mile away, the cathedral ceiling in our hotel room was interesting and the price was good. Continental breakfast was just fine in the lobby and staff were polite. The bed was comfortable, refrigerator so that was nice to keep snacks.

    Outside of town in a quiet area and spacious hotel. Near both the lobby and helpful staff. Our room was fine and refrigerator so that was nice to keep snacks. The mattresses were also very comfortable and the next morning the breakfast attendent was very friendly.
