Had a fantastic stay for a night, everything was great. Ate at a great restaurant from the bar or restaurant.- The view of the park was exceptionally good, really enjoyed it.- The room was exceptionally comfortable.- The location was fab central.- Ability to walk to supermarkets and shops.

The location of the hotel was perfect and convenient for exploring Tiverton, Exmouth, the town center, and nearby restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the Church of Saint Peter, which was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Large and warm breakfast with plenty of options. Magnificent location in North Devon area.- Near the grand western canal for walking and trips on the water.- Tiverton town centre and surrounding attractions are easily accessible.

The full English breakfast was outstanding. The room was nicely furnished and well decorated, equipped with a large desk, a kettle, and an iron. The location was convenient, close to Tiverton railway station and with easy access to a large supermarket and a local supermarket.

The buffet breakfast was delicious and I especially enjoyed the ample parking available. I also appreciated the great location, which made it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel.
