              We liked the location as we had a lovely walk along the promenade all the way to old Portsmouth and the wine selection is not bad and reasonably priced for a hotel too. Clean family room on the 3rd floor overlooking the seafront, the meals served in the bar are tasty and the proportions are very generous.

              Good location on beach front and opposite arcade, lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast and beakfast room were excellent. Cereal and toast was also available, and coffee wasn't bad either.
