The price wasn't as expensive as others in the area and hotel was really nice in a very good location.
For the price, this is a overall very comfortable, clean, safe, fun hotel.
I chose to stay at the Lodge at Jackson Hole primarily because it looked like a decent hotel, and the price wasn't as expensive as others in the area.
After seeing the other hotels in the area, this one was one of the nicer ones for the price range.
The pros were friendly and helpful staff, laundry on premises and a convenient location.
The location is close enough to downtown to where you can walk and visit all Jackson has to offer.
Great location - 1-minute drive into town.
We did see plenty of wildlife while we were there too; 4 moose crossed in front of us as we were leaving the airport on our arrival day - (way cool as my kids said!
The local bus stops right in front of Best Western, so if you want to split up your group and you only have one car, it's doable.
We had two queen beds, plus a sofa bed, mini bar area, large bathroom, jacuzzi tub.
Had a king room with jacuzzi tub, working fireplace, and comfy bed.
Our room was on the first floor, it had a king bed, small fireplace, mircowave/fridge and large tub/shower.
The bed was quite comfortable, and there was plenty of room if your were to bring a family (it was just my wife and I).
That means that each room is larger than normal and has space for a sofa which can be turned into an extra bed.
There is a great sports bar/restaurant place across the road called Sidewinders - good beer, food and atmosphere - as well as a couple of other restaurants round the corner.
The only downside to our four night stay was I made the mistake of eating eggs at the hotel breakfast bar the second morning.
The breakfast buffet used all styrofoam dishes and the food selection was average.
The free breakfast was very well prepared--mostly scrambled egg dishes (great for Atkins fans)--but cereals, bagels, and a variety of breads for toasting were also available.
Dining nearby or drive into downtown and enjoy an elk burger at the the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar.

The room itself and the other facilities (pool, sauna, jacuzzi, breakfast lounge) at this hotel were pretty nice, but I've stayed in nicer places for half the price in other resort/destination towns where Booked.net or Hotwire have had listings.
The jacuzzi was great, the breakfast was adequate and the pool was big.
