Outstanding food for satisfactory breakfast with yummy omelette. Really very nice, brilliantly friendly people working here. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location in front of a market and a bakery. In front of a palace and a castle.

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met the purpose. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. The unit we got was a nice size and functional with good coffee and comfy beds. We appreciated the local cuisine in the restaurant: D

The check in was easy, the room was a nice size and well furnished with air conditioner as well as comfy beds. Location: the hotel was right by a nice area for a wander, supermarket and the bus stop...

I had practical and compact room with hypoallergenic pillows.

Some people working there were very unfriendly.

The location of the hotel was convenient for visiting Versailles by car. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including the ability to make your own sunny-side-up eggs. the family room we stayed in was well-designed, comfortable, and spacious, with individual beds for the kids instead of a sofa bed. The presence of high chairs in the room was also a practical and helpful feature.

The bathroom showed signs of wear, with a blocked shower drain and a lack of hooks to properly hang towels. The rooms on the first floor were a bit dark due to the limited natural light provided by small skylights.

Sufficient parking place, clean room, good English-speaking staff, close to Versailles Palace.

(1) The restaurant closed on Friday evening, with the door still open, might misleading guests. (2) I stated clearly "please assign a quiet room" in booking request, and mentioned agani when check-in. But still got a room on the roadside, it's not very notisy but I heard a few big vehicles passing by in the very early morning. And I assume there are quieter rooms as long as not facing to the road.

Hotel was excellent for a 2*-rooms were modern, clean and had a new bathroom suit! The hotel in generall was very well kept and the staff were lovely! In a quiet location with a couple of large supermarkets literally across the road- was a great stop off hotel away from the busy city of paris but was only a 30minute drive to get there to see the attractions! Would defo recommend it and would stay there again!

The staff were PLEASANT and location was perfect and magnificent. The room was good sized and nicely furnished on the 2nd level. The hotel met what was needed, I would use them next time.

Nothing not too like.

Convenient location for visiting Chateau de Versailles, only 15 minutes by car. Large Carrefour supermarket opposite, open on Sundays. Great price for a proper 3+ star hotel. Easy parking available. Staff made us feel welcomed and provided helpful information. Cozy atmosphere with a lovely patio. Beautiful view. Enjoyed the lounge and delicious breakfast with many choices. Would recommend as a base for exploring the area.

It offers comfortable and absolutely perfect location really close to a large supermarket, a residential area, and Bus Station. The rooms are a nice size and well furnished on the 2nd level, so that guests have essentials.

Very good rooms - new, modern, clean, good size bathroom. The staff was friendly. The hotel has a decent, friendly restaurant which happened to be very practical as there is not much around at walking distance. Generally speaking very happy about the hotel.

We were visiting Versailles on our way back from Giverny. The hotel was just 10 minutes drive from Versailles and the rooms had everything we needed; proper air con controlled in room that worked, a working fan, good coffeee maker, a good shower room, proper sized tv that was set at an angle and you could see it without breaking your neck, good selection of food on the menu, very pleasant staff who spoke english and a car park that was included in the price right outside the hotel reception.I nearly forgot, an ipod charger/ base for charging/ playing your ipod, which actually turned out to be very convenient for us and lightening speed free wifi. I would definitely stay again.

No lift, but that was a minor point.

The staff at Best Western were extremely helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. I had forgotten my iPad charger, and they kindly mailed it to me after I left. Additionally, they provided excellent restaurant recommendations in the area. The bus service to Versailles was also very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean, easy to find and the rooms and facilities were comfortable. In general, we were more than happy with the hotel.

We arrived after 6pm, but were not advised that there was no reception available after this time. Luckily we called for another reason and were advised of this fact - however, this was pure luck! I would suggest the hotel make it clear of the reception times when making a booking.
