Overall fantastic service.

Stunning and lovely location in Crianlarich, next to the highlands and islands and the restaurant the dogs could go in the Lounge or bar. Impeccably clean rooms with a mountain view, king size bed plus a bathroom and exceptionally nice staff.

We really enjoyed its reasonably priced restaurant.

There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was excellent. The room was upgraded to king size and available with a view of the mountains, bath, bedrooms.

My stay was good in February. It had a lovely location close enough to restaurant, the national park and the Crannog centre. Standard twin room was the best. Had such facilities, like a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and television.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night and enjoyed it. The food was outstanding and the location was stunning. Moreover, it was close enough to the coast and mountains, the restaurants and bar, and the ferry to islands and beyond, local train stops.

Wonderful and fairly clean place, lovely view of the mountains. Marvellous and easy location near convenience shops as well as local shops and bus stops; efficient check-in. New-fashioned rooms and very pleasant and exceptional staff in my request for warm cheese for the cheese board. Very impressed with an electric kettle, central heating, and an ironing set available.

Very good service and the food is good. A standard room has basic facilities you need. The staff are hard-working and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Handy base for 1 night with extremely friendly staff despite the efforts of a very helpful receptionist. Good restaurant and outstanding meal. The hotel of choice in Crianlarich.

The weather was very good, had really lovely stay in February. The location was incredible and wonderful - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. You could walk to a market and shops. The restaurant was good for the price here, we had excellent dishes. The bathroom was nice looking and included a bathtub, which we appreciated.

Everyone here was very pleasant and exceptional.

The rooms were impeccably clean as for me, with a nice bar. The breakfast with sandwich, a view of the mountains, full vegetarian options was excellent, you’ll find what you need.

The breakfast was plentiful with bowls of water and pastries, as for instance, worth the price. The hotel was next to the restaurant the dogs could go in the Lounge or bar, the ferry to islands and beyond, local train stops inbetween stations, and Crianlarich and Kingshouse thanks to its magnificent location.

The room was been nicely modernised with a decent walk-in shower and available with bath.

Pity, but the beds were a bit lumpy.

The twin room is clean and practical, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options.

The location turned out to be lovely and incredible. I ate at a good restaurant for dinner.

Facilities were great, however Wi-Fi was very poor.
