The hotel was in a goood location and value for money with continental breakfast being provided, and it was great food.
For value for money and cleanliness this certainly a smashing hotel to stay in.
This hotel is excellent value for what you pay.
The hotel reduced the price of our stay & upgraded us to a poolside room, because of this.
The location is great, the Hotel is conveniently located close to starting points for tours of the homes of the rich and famous, in the middle of all Sunset Strip action for a good price.
First of all, it is in a great location- located right on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood.
The location is perfect and the hotel is well located on Sunset.
LAX Airport taxi to the hotel was $35 and $47 back to LAX.
There is a taxi rank right outside, and there is a METRO/DASH bus stop right outside the hotel, and it's about a 5-10 minute bus ride down Sunset Blvd to get within walking distance of Hollywood Blvd.
Elegant bedrooms,comfort bed and pillows,marble new bathroom.
The room was nicely decorated, the bed very comfortable, and the newspaper was there early every morning.
The goods: Very nice room, recently renewed, nice modern decoration, excellent bed, big flat TV, convenient location, affordable and convenient parking, reasonable price.
The hotel is very clean, the pool area lovely, the room we had was a good size with a queen size bed which was very comfortable.
Beds were super comfy and clean, queen room was big enough for 4 girls to share, bathroom clean and large.
And don’t forget to pop across the road to the Saddle Ranch Chophouse (which was featured in Sex and the City) – the most outrageously fun and refreshingly unpretentious bar/restaurant in LA.
Well, it took me the same amount of time to walk next door to the Argyle (Sunset Tower) restaurant and bar (for true champagne served by the glass) as it would have had I stayed inside that hotel and taken the elevator downstairs.
Many restaurants and shops frequented by the celebs and you're at the bottom of a hill populated by star homes.
By the way, check out the restaurant across the street - The Saddle Ranch Chop House - for some good food and a great atmosphere.
The hotel lacks dining and bar options, but this is not a problem at all because of all the other options nearby.
Front desk staff are professional, but not overly friendly.
Comfortable for the price, super service and concierge very helpful.
Friendly staff, i wasn't that impressed by the concierge's at the Best Western and no annoying plumbing sounds from other rooms.

The pool area lovely, clean hotel and has parking available at a reasonable rate.
Parking fees maybe be a little steep compared to other properties and lobby didn't make any impression.
Car parking was convenient, it was in the hotel basement.
The first thing you are taken by is how clean the hotel is, the rooms are spotless (other than some marks on the carpet) and the decor gives you the old school Hollywood feel.
I've stayed here twice and both times my room has been very attractive and clean.
