The hotel price is inexpensive for the area and is located about 10 minutes from the Niagara Falls.

Booked this hotel for the price (AAA rate) and one of the few that would permit a 1 night saturday stay.

Great location and clean no-frills place to stay.

The location was perfect and we enjoyed our stay was quiet.

Good location great breakfast, the Best Western Summit Inn is one of the nicer Niagara Falls hotels and exterior grounds are clean.

Its location was great too and the hotel staff was nice.

The positives of Best Western Summit Inn are good location (6-7 miles from Niagara falls), breakfast in morning (included in the rate) and indoor swimming pool.

Beds are very comfortable, the room is clean, the bathroom is very clean and the hotel is both family-friendly and pet-friendly.

The room was tiny but clean and I am glad I only had to sleep in that bed for 1 night.

As we went to go to bed around 11:30, pulling down the sheets there were bugs in both beds.

The rooms stink, there are bugs in the beds, the heat and ac do NOT work.

The front desk staff was very accomodating and apologetic, the bed had seen 's better days, the continental breakfast was under my expectations.

You had to show tickets before you could eat breakfast.

Nice pillows and make your own fresh made waffles at breakfast was just great.

A nice complimentary continental breakfast served near the indoor pool area and great value for money.

Continental breakfast was good and were only able to enjoy the pool.

    Clean and staff was friendly.

    No mini fridge, continental breakfast was so so.

    Hotel was clean and friendly. Rooms are showing wear, but they are comfortable. There is no mini-fridge in the room and coffee maker was sub-par. Continental breakfast was okay, but have had much better. Pool area was nice and the work out room was very nice.

    Just perfect for visiting the area for a couple of days to see the sights and staff members are friendly and helpful. In addition beds are very comfortable, have some good breakfast.

    The hotel is a little away from the Falls, the mattress pillows didn't help very uncomfortable.
