It's a nicely decoratedold city hotel nestled in a Gothic style building. The staff are very helpful and deserve a 4-star rating. The location is nice, 1 mile from Norrlandsoperan. Want to say thanks a lot for extra special stay.

The hotel was in an amazing and fantastic location, close to everything in Umeå.

Had great and amazing location in the Umea river, minutes from Umea People's House. And so close to the city center of umea, a public library and many attractions and restaurants. Individual building and rooms with great decoration.

All the facilities are overall nice, clean hotel, its location is marvellous and amazing in centre. The personnel is nice, and the atmosphere is quiet. There is a rich and delicious breakfast for a start. Offers perfect service and great food.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely amazing. The design and decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were easily accessible for senior people, with comfortable seating and clear signage.

Would have appreciated a better vacation for senior people if the staff were more attentive and understanding of our needs.

Overall, the hotel was very nice, staff were very friendly, and the hotel was very clean and well kept.

I truly disliked the fact that the hotel is situated in the same building as a pub. The sound insulation was incredibly poor and I was kept awake not only during weekend nights, but also during for instance a Tuesday night.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. Being situated at the main square, I was able to easily explore the surrounding shops, cafes, and restaurants. The convenience was unparalleled. Additionally, the hotel staff provided exceptional service, constantly going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall quality of the room. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was an added bonus, keeping me connected throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed overnight on our trp to Stockholm with our dog. He liked the dog goodies very much! It was comfortable and quiet.

premier collection really impressed us during our family holiday. The location was perfect, the interior design was stunning, and the bar was a highlight with its talented barmen and unique cocktails. The breakfast buffet in the courtyard was also a delicious and enjoyable experience.

Easy to access town centre; good breakfasts; pleasant cooperative staff

No separate lounge or area for relaxation, conversation or business discussion over a drink or coffee; room rather old-fashoioned in a 'tired' kind of way, e.g. curtains off their curtain-rings; was expecting a grander hotel for the money. I would recommend on the basis of comments in the box above, only. Reason for choosing hotel - it was on the list given by our meeting organiser, and Best Western is (usually) better in the UK than Comfort.

Good location and veiw from room was very good

We loved being in the heart of the city, near the tranquil river, and close to the bustling restaurants. The cozy and spacious room was well-decorated, and the bathroom was clean and functional. The helpful and friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was beyond our expectations. The lounge was dark and relaxing, and the library was a particular gem. We enjoyed the ample parking space and the warm garage, which was essential on a cold winter's night.

The lighting in the rooms was not ideal for doing makeup or working on a laptop.

We were impressed by the stylish and unique design of the hotel. The nautical theme throughout the decor added a cozy and homely atmosphere. The attention to detail, with 3D images on the doors, created an intriguing ambiance.
