  Good price nice setting and staff very pleasant. Very comfortable and spacious room, excellent food.

  Tables in the bar of the spa filthy and not a varied menu, was the same each night also quite expensive.

  The cost of the hotel was very reasonable too, the customer service was excellent, staff very helpful friendly and the food was nice and the room was warm and very comfortable. Dinner was good.

  A good hotel for the event, excellent staff and rooms all nice, breakfast very nice.

  Poor value for money bar snacks, the hot drinks seemed expensive compared to the other prices there.

  The receptionist olivia was really helpful and made us feel very welcome, the reception staff were lovely. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was excellent and the service was good.

  Very good and friendly staff, excellent haddock at breakfast and a delicious strogonoff special on the bar menu.

  Very tired and dated decor, lovely old building. Filthy heidi hi style rooms and the accommodation was disappointing.

  Dinner was very good value at this price, the receptionist and restaurant staff were cheerful and helpful.

  Good location for me, nice relaxed atmosphere and the lovely building. Staff very friendly and helpful, very comfortable beds, towels were clean. The food was excellent.

  Bar was dated, the receptionist was unable to find our Booked and facilities made up for.

  Outdoor surroundings are beautiful and the hotel had a relaxed friendly feel about. Staff couldnt be more helpful, the rooms are comfortable and the spa and conference facilities are modern and finished to a high standard.

  Horrendous old springy mattress and sand bag pillows, breakfast is poor at best I had to wait 30mins for a cooked breakfast.
