As far as location goes, it was close to a friend I was visiting and close to Crossgates Mall.

In addition, this hotel is in a good location--near plenty of restaurants and shopping areas.

Good location just of the highway and pleasant stay.

All that said, we did get a taxi to the airport (for $15.

Another big issue was the shuttle--they advertise a free shuttle from the train and airport, but most people had to take cabs because they would not send the shuttle.

The hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast was good but the bed was hard and at night I could see a light coming from underneath the tub - still not sure where it was coming from.

The room is ok but could be worse at least the bed is comfy which is good.

The rooms appeared clean until my husband pushed the bed to the wall so our 2 year old son wouldn't fall out of bed in the night.
