          Comfortable room and free Ice, coffee from reception day and night.

          Fairly good value and not worth the price. Also, as busy as the cleaning staff seemed to be thru out the day.

          Clean, quiet, good location and the underground parking was a huge bonus. This hotel was great, for a nice romantic night away at a reasonable price was fantastic and most of all the staff were very friendly. Etc. bedding was very comfortable, the hot complimentary breakfast was awesome.

          Protected car park and many great restaurants within walking distance. Location is fantastic too, the hotel is quite new and nicely kept up, the rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast is provided and the selection was good, hot and cold breakfast.

          The location was at the quiet end of banff avenue, a short walk from shops and restaurants, this stay was one of the worst experiences in my 72 years. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, clean and the breakfast was pretty good and we all found something to eat.
