Best Western Sheridan Center - 谢里登

We stayed there 6/25/07 and basicly the place was disappointing even though we had a comfortable king bed in a large room with a vanity separate from the bathroom with the tub/toilet which we like.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and quiet.

In addition the bed was comfortable, two for one drink in the bar was a neat + Overall about a 4.

We grabbed the room and were very pleased with a wonderful room with 2 queen beds by the indoor pool.

It was late so we all just went to bed (our well-behaved dog travels with his own bed.

Oh, the motel did have a hot breakfast buffet and the food was good except that the dining room a little old and shabby and our table was not bussed well and had food on the floor and on a couple of the chairs.

The only manager available was the restaurant manager, who complained that our food request had been received only two days before.

On the flip side, the restaurant staff tried to be helpful and the food was good.

This hotel is located on the main street - handy for restaurants etc, the housekeeping staff could not have been more nice to us all.

That included a full hot breakfast thet no other hotel offered.

Hotel staff very helpful - great dinner, friendly service and the food was good except that the dining room a little old.

To accommodate the board meeting, the restaurant staff had to move our reception into a room we had been using all day, which delayed the reception nearly an hour.

I left a message for the manager to call me to set up a time to talk to me about the service and the lodging accomodations.

Each complaint about the service was met with an excuse so we asked for the general manager, who of course, wasn't there.

They did not have a fitness room - but - they offered free day passes to the local YMCA (a few blocks away) - we were happy with this - the boys played basketball etc and I swam in the large pool at the Y.

We were a little unhappy with the cramped parking on our "side" of the hotel.

But I was happy we were in the half with the indoor pool.

Great atmosphere, the desk service was so nice and the room was very clean and quiet.

The entire staff were fantastic, the rooms were clean and spacious, the free breakfast was pretty amazing.

Didn't stay for free breakfast, sheridan is a big town by Wyoming standards and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

This Best Western is an older hotel but the room we had was decently clean.

Shower area were fine, room decor was updated and fresh, the front desk gave our families free passes.
