I really enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the restaurant, Jalandhar, and Amritsar. Stayed there for trip and had a such wonderful experience, so I would still consider staying here again.

The staff is exceptional, providing excellent service and attending to guests' needs. The breakfast offers a variety of options, with the option to request personalized dishes. The hotel also has a relaxing bar where guests can unwind after a long day.

The cleanliness of the bed sheets and bathrooms could be improved.

best western exceeded my expectations with their impeccable service, clean and comfortable rooms, and fantastic on-site restaurant. the staff, including mr. narender and the restaurant staff, were friendly, accommodating, and made our dining experience memorable. the housekeeping and IT staff were also exceptional in fulfilling our needs and solving any issues. overall, a great hotel experience.

The hotel had a great location and was newly built, less than a year old. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. The on-site restaurant, "The Glenn," was fantastic and offered a delicious buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant staff, including Mr. Narender, was exceptional and accommodating. Room service was fast and the food and drinks were great. The housekeeping staff fulfilled every need and the IT staff helped with internet and power converter issues. The front desk and doormen were helpful and polite. it was a great hotel experience.

During our Easter holiday, we had a good experience with the hotel we stayed at. The staff provided us with two complementary drinks upon our arrival. The hotel has a perfect location, as it is close to many restaurants and shops which made it convenient for us to explore the area. The room was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of the city.

We had some minor issues with the air conditioning, it did not work properly and the room was too hot for us to sleep comfortably. The hotel advertises itself as having a gym, but we found it was very small and lacked the necessary equipment.

The hotel's location seemed convenient and the rooms purportedly had modern amenities. Some guests seemed to have enjoyed the buffet options in the restaurant. Adequate room-thoughtfulness seems to have been exhibited at times.

Some guests had complaints about mosquitoes in the washroom and in the lobby; and toiletries of substandard quality.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. One particular staff member, Mr Vishal Thakur, stood out with his exceptional customer service. He organized a bus for us to go to the Golden Temple and even paid for our shoe lockup there. The food at the hotel restaurant was also delicious and we enjoyed trying new Indian dishes. The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I had an amazing stay at the Best Western in Jalandhar. The location was perfect, and the hotel itself was brand new and spotlessly clean. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed. The on-site restaurant, "The Glenn," was fantastic. The buffet offered a variety of cuisines and every meal was delicious. The staff at the restaurant, especially Mr. Narender, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. The room service was quick and the food and drinks were excellent. The housekeeping staff was also fantastic, fulfilling every need and even delivering my internet password in the middle of the night. The IT staff, Mr. Ravinder, was extremely helpful in solving my internet issues and ensuring I had continuous internet service. The front desk staff, Mr. Surinder, Mr. Rahul, and Ms. Gurpreet, were always accommodating and helpful. The doormen were polite and courteous, making me feel welcomed. Despite the challenges Jalandhar faced with record-breaking temperatures, my four-day stay in the hotel was truly enjoyable.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Jalandhar and it was awesome! The staff was very accommodating and offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi during our stay. The location was great, as it was close to shopping centers and restaurants. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which had a stunning view of the city.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The room had a strange smell and the AC wasn't working properly.
