The hotel was pleasant and exceptionally comfortable with magnificent location short walk to numerous restaurants, shopping and vieux Lyon, access to the pedestrian bridge across the Saone River to Vieux Lyon and historic areas of beautiful Lyon. Recently renovated functional room with view. Bonus point for an electric kettle, air conditioning and a personal safe.

Convenient location, helpful staff, comfortable beds. Entrance and stairway in need of maintenance and cleanliness. Lift incident during check-in, but resolved quickly. Good for exploring historical sites and trying local cuisine.

City sights were all within walking distance. Wide variety of restaurants nearby. 2 mins walk to River Saone and the open markets held there each day. Lift to all floors.

It is a fair distance from the train station - taxi needed. Limited selection for breakfast and the fresh fruit salad was stale and brown.

The hotel was pleasant with really helpful staff and an amazing location close to all major attractions. The room was good value for money, brand-new with view and the overall experience was really nice.

Good quiet location in the centre of the city. Staff were wonderfully helpful, looking for ways to help and provide information.

The decor was nothing short of appalling and the room was so small there was nowhere to put the bag. The toilet room was so small that if you are over 6' (183cm) tall you can forget about sitting down without bashing your knees against the wall. Having said that, we found it rpetty funny. Took lots of pictures. :)

Ideally located in the shopping and nigth life area between the two rivers. Very close to the old town. The rooms are modern and clean, hotel staff was extremely friendly.

Rooms lack style and are not spacious.

The staff at Best Western Lyon Saint-Antoine went above and beyond to assist me when my credit card was blocked due to suspect activity. They helped resolve the issue quickly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Despite this setback, the location by the river was wonderful, and I enjoyed the peaceful ambiance it provided. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional customer service and beautiful surroundings.

excellent location, 5 min. walk at most to Vieux-Lyon, close to shopping and restaurants.

room and bathroom were very small, shower had no door or curtain.

The apartment we rented was perfect for our group. It was nice to be able stay together in one place versus having to book separate hotel rooms. The apartment had a kitchen area with cooking and eating utensils, fridge and stove. It also had a washing machine and drying rack for clothes, & ironing board with iron. The hair dryer in bathroom was a good one and the heated towel rack was wonderful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This apartment had two separate bedrooms with a living area that had a futon couch. We loved the black out shades! The location was perfect in that it was close to a walking bridge over to Old Lyon and the farmer's market was just at the corner close by. There were many nearby restaurants in which to eat. We walked everywhere once we had taken a taxi from the train station to the hotel. Excellent hotel!!

The hotel’s location was very convenient, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The room was also comfortable, with a nice view of the surroundings.

The hotel did not have on-site parking. Although there was a lot nearby, it was an inconvenience to have to park and walk to the hotel.

Very small rooms, ugly decoration and you have to use the staircase to reach the room but to be fair the staff are friendly and very helpfull
