Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel & Trade Center Marlborough - 马尔伯勒

Good location in Marlborough, situated in the beautiful countryside and hotel is a re-convereted Super 8.

The location was great and the staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful.

Good location and hotel also offered Free Breakfast.

Good location off Interstate, rooms have been clean.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, atrium was pretty and the front desk person checking us in (older gentleman on the late night shift) was extremely friendly.

As if that weren't bad enough, when I got to my room, I realized that the bed was old, sunken and decrepid looking.

When I arrived from my appointments the next evening, I also noticed that, while the beds had been made and the towels changed, that the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the bathroom had not been cleaned - still hairs and stuff in the sink, etc.

Bed was comfy and food during conference was very good.

The first room I was given was not clean - the beds were made, but there were crumbs/dirt all over the carpet - obviously had not been vacuumed.

I stayed for 3 days and everyday I went to the restaurant, for breakfast at 6:00am, it was never ready.

Maid services were fantastic, room was clean and restaurant food was very good.

For lunch or dinner, a walk to the close shopping center with a couple of good restaurants is more recommendable.

But I would not recommend taking dinner in the hotel restaurant - service was not too good there and the quality of the food does not justify its price.

In the morning for my free breakfast the staff was indifferent at best.

Reasonable rates for the area, hotel clean comfortable and the front desk staff was great - took care of all problems.

Everyone from the front desk staff to the cleaners were always smiling and willing to go above and beyond for my family and I.

3 nights on business and required some very minor audio/visual equipment and the projector the hotel rented me crapped out twice,when i went to the front desk to tell them the problem the front desk staff showed no urgency whatsoever.

I found the front desk staff to be very condescending.

Staff excellent and facility of a late checkout.

What they have that makes this property exceptional is their STAFF!

The hotel offers their corporate clients a complimentary shuttle ride to any business within a five mile radius of the hotel.

Nice and clean rooms, food fine, a heated pool.

The front desk person checking us in was extremely friendly and the rooms were CLEAN.

The front desk was nice enough to me and the room we were given was clean.

Rooms were large, clean and well maintained.

Rooms have been clean and this is what counts most!
