  Found a laundry person in hallway that only wanted to give one towel. Front desk would not stop the rucus in the room next to us - they told me that calling the people a second time "would be mean".

  Failed to bring fresh towels on one day - after call to front desk one hour later still no towels - went to front desk and ask for towels that never came. The only redemming thing about the place is the shuttle - it is free to Penn station.

  The Newark Penn Station to get to New York city, great location for walking to events like the performing arts and good size room in a clean hotel.

  The reception is not helpful and a little polish on the customer service at the front desk will go a long way later.

  Near the Newark Penn Station and metro links within easy walking distance meant a trip to Manhaton was only a short one easily reached within half. The hotel room was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good.

  Everything was excellent for the price paid and i saw other customers had the same experience in the lobby. Wireless connectivity was very poor.

  Free shuttle to the station every 30 minutes and great location made easy to get into nyc. The price is good and the staff in the breakfast room are wonderful.

  Not a bad location and nice hotel. Good price, the continental style complimentary breakfast was excellent and the room was spotless.

  Early in morning there was only one person at reception, the restaurant was closed.

  10 mins walk from Newark Penn station is only 20mins by train to the centre of New York and good location to leave the car during the stay.
