Very friendly staff, wonderful clean and modern room, excellent free breakfast, great location.

The location of the hotel is great for going to the Black Canyon - about five miles down the road.

Convenient to the airport, pleasant stay and all of this for the amazing price of $77 a night.

My client reserved a very nice looking room, King Size bed and an impressive looking bathroom with a nice looking whirlpool tub, a huge seperate shower, full vanity sink, and skylite.

The two queen bed room was large enough for an additional bed.

Imagine our horror when we woke up in the early hours of the morning to discover that we were sharing our beds with hundreds (and yes I do mean hundreds) of bed bugs which we spent the rest of the night killing.

We are sufficiently well travelled to know that bed bugs are a tricky problem but that a hotel should allocate a room that is known to be infested is beyond belief.

It had a large king sized bed, and a very large beautiful bathroom with a skylight in it.

The breakfast was among the better of the serve yourself kind of breakfasts.

The continental breakfast featured biscuits and gravy in addition to the standard continental breakfast offerings and was served in a room that large enough for a small restaurant.

Furthermore breakfast was very good -- usual BW food -- bagels.

The shower was good and the free breakfast was even more awesome: Waffles.

Also has a nice sized refrigerator, the mattress was great and the continental breakfast featured biscuits.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and the room was really large.
