If your are in a double room, with three people, you will need ask every day for one more bath towel.

Has bed bugs and staff did not demonstrate the appropriate concern when we reported the problem.

Hotel staff very friendly and the room was large enough.

All the photos in the Internet show the backyard rooms, so do not accept the front rooms (to the main entry): in the spring/summer they receive the sun light all the afternoon.

The rooms are ok, but don´t have a frigobar, maybe in the executive floor.

The restaurant is ok and the people very courteous.

Hotel staff very friendly, they helped me with the cabs, and they always told me the right price to pay when I went downtown and to Angelopolis Mall.

If you decide to use the laundry service, maybe it will takes 3 days to get your clothes back.

El Best Western de Puebla es una verdadera calamidad, the staff aren't at all friendly and including free wireless internet.

We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 pm and the lady at the reception(who didn't speak english).

So I went back to the reception to ask for a cleaning lady.
