Best Western Ramona Inn Monterey - 蒙特雷

The carpet was dirty, the bathroom floor had dirt caked into the corners, the toilet would barely flush, the room was noisy and hot and there was no internet connection like we expected.

Our room was not ready when we checked in because the motel was having new mattresses installed and we thought this seemed like a good thing, however, the bed was so hard we had trouble sleeping -- once we finally were able to get to sleep.

The room was large, the bathroom was alright, and surprisingly, not much noise at night even though we stayed at the front of the hotel closest to the road.

There we 6 of us in total including to children and there was only 1 room available for the first night, but the owners were extremely kind tus and let us use a couple of 'put me up' beds in the room so we could all fit in for the night.

The bath was rather small, and the room did get quite a bit of the nearby street noise, though not an annoying amount for a city-dweller.

Continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise with so many choices.

The continental breakfast is something to rave about.

Great chinese restaurant over the road too.

A nice little diner right next door opens at 7 am for breakfast.

There are eating places surrounding the motel!

Excellent value for money, a good price and a super friendly property manager/front desk clerk willing.

I have stayed at the Ramona Inn several times during the Blues Festival in late June and have always found the staff and accommodations at their premium.

Dealing with people is a 2 way street and I appreciate their service and I let them know it.

The place worked fine and front desk were very helpful enthusiastic.

Friendly place to stay and best Western customer service is not much help either.

We had to take the one lone space that was located right at the entrance/exit, which made me a bit nervous about people coming in and out of this rather tight parking lot.

This is a small property with large, clean recently upgraded rooms.

Very comfortable to stay in, clean room and big kitchen.

Indoor hot tub and pool nice and warm and clean.

Clean, decent breakfast, moderate-sized room.

The room was plain, but clean and not too small.
