  Nice, huge, good location, awesome Water Park and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby was always available and the service in Nichols Lounge was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean, the toilet was cheap and crappy.

  Great location in the heart of Bismarck and very enjoyable stay. Multiple buildings, huge ballrooms, worth the price for us and front Desk people were very pleaseant and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and bar was nice and the service was excellant. Food was good, omelets were awesome and the temperature of the pool was perfect.

  The staff are friendly and helpful, and the free airport shuttle service was great, food is is good, just an older hotel, the rooms are clean and the beds are VERY comfortable. No coffee cups,lots of light balbs out and holes in plastic cup, for families the pool is nice and the restruant menu is varied.

  The pool area is designed for families, not for exercising/lap swimming, the location of the hotel is great too and very very clean room's would recommend to all. A free breakfast would improve the rating.

  Hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly. Pool side room was huge, again, the service was outstanding and the breakfast was delicious and reasonable.

  The decor was more updated and staff were friendly and informative. The bed was comfortable, the restaurant onsite was very nice and the waitress was one of the best we have had, belcony over looking the pool was great.

  Hotel is large for conference events and is one of only a few in the city, rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable, the pool is great.

  This hotel stay was perfect in every way, the staff were pleasant enough considering the time we checked in and room was very nice, clean and well arranged. The restaurant had great food.
