My room had a runny toilet, half-detached extra door lock and face towels so worn they turned gray when moistened!
After complaining, the new room had the wall paper partially peeled off by the windows.
On one visit, the first room still reeked of paint and was missing electrical covers over junction boxes.
The Oxford Suites is very good and the HI Express is average.
$* more than a larger room at America's Best Value Inn next door.
Breakfast area lacks a high chair if travelling with kids.
Breakfast area is often booked with meetings anyway.
Over multiple visits, the staff has always been difficult.
The fitness center is poorly equiped and the treadmill is dangerous.
