This place is amazing, with super clean and well-kept facilities, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, making it a great choice for a comfortable stay.

It was very clean and I loved the decor espcially where the swimming pool was and the front reception area was very welcoming with the fire place and furniture. The rooms were very clean and roomy compare to a lot of other hotel/motels we have stayed in.

The Coffee Mill was an unsatisfactory place to eat. Was glad to see Tim Hortons next door.

The location was spot-on - we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. However, it's worth noting that the property is situated in quite an industrial area 🏭.

Room was overbooked so the front desk clerk was very nice and gave us a choice of a pet friendly room or a king size bed room with a cot. I was travelling with my neice. She also gave us a discount coupon for breakfast for the inconvenience.

My neice who was travelling with me had an unexpected need for a personal hygeine item that was available upon request. The sign was clearly posted in the room, I asked the housekeeper for help and she did help but then said we don't normally do this, I got this from someone else. Now I would not have asked if there wasn't a sign stating this for toothpaste, toothbrush things that may have been forgotten at home etc. Otherwise we had a good night.

The room is quiet, spacious with queen beds, and they provide wake-up service.

We had to pay an extra $10.00 fee to take our dog. The room already had dirty carpets and fleas. I got many flea bite during our stay. I did not feel comfortable complaining in person as we also had a dog. However, we keep our dog pest free. Now that you ask, I feel I should share the complaint.

The hotel is upgraded with excellent staff and includes plentiful breakfasts. It boasts an unbeatable location in the Chilliwack area.- Adjacent to a liquor store and the Embassy restaurant.- it was a pleasant experience staying there.

All our needs were met as per location, price and room size. We had a group of 16 people (4 families) and we all booked at your hotel. I did not hear any complaints.

The beds were comfortable in the room. the room was equipped with a microwave, climate control, and iron/ironing board. - the location was ideal, being close to various areas including the ferry, interior, truck stop, and fields.
