I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with basic amenities such as ironing table and hair dryer. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location in the central business area was ideal, making it easy to explore the city and its beautiful surroundings. The freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was a delightful touch.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

Very varied breakfast. Located right in the city centre, you can start right away in Norrköping. Small snacks and free coffee at the reception.

Room service after the first night rather a failure. Towels were not replaced although they were lying on the floor. Soap was missing. Coffee and tea were not refilled. Didn't change even after getting all the stuff at the reception, the next day the same problem.

The hotel is excellently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions on foot. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are clean, bright, and seem to have been recently refurbished, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was a little unimaginative, the coffee was almost indrinkable and it was very dark in the room.

I always go back to this amazing hotel. The staff even helped return the sim cards I left in the room! It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a fitness studio, sauna, laundry. Perfect for my city trips!

Refrigerator is missing. This is a must in hotel.

Great rooms, comfy beds, no disturbance. Awesome facilities: gym, sauna, breakfast. Good price, great location. Free coffee and cookies in the lounge. Fun gameroom. Children-friendly with colorful plastic plates and cutlery. Play area for kids. Convenient location in city center.

Everything was fantastic.

Great location close to everything, clean and cozy interior, and friendly staff. The hotel has a gym, sauna, and game room. Breakfast is proper with warm food, yogurt, cereals, and fresh orange juice.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The family room has a separate room for our son. Our son liked breakfast.

Information regarding where to park was not clear. We got a parking ticket when parked on the street outside the hotel when we had a valid parking ticket displayed. The car was parked just behind the disabled parking bays on the right as you come out of the hotel. It would have helped if there had been a notice in the hotel room saying where you could park.

The breakfast was good. I also appreciated the children's playroom and the nice gesture of giving all children an ice-cream (although tiny).

The room was extremely hot during the night, and the street very noisy (even though a thursday night) so unfortunately we couldn't open the windows. I stayed in a "family-room" with my two children which was a very small room with a double-bed and an extra bed with an extremely thin mattress. When I called to ask for an extra mattress I had to fetch it in the reception in the other end of the hotel, which meant I had to bring the kids (in pyjama and half asleep) which was rather inconvenient.

This hotel is fantastic value for money. Located in the heart of town, it offers easy access to numerous dining and drinking options just steps away. Comfortable room, but only for two persons. If there's a child... the room is too crowded and the additional bed is quite an obstacle. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast - everyone could find what they like.

Because the hotel is designed in grey and dark colours (looks nice), the dust and dirt is visible. Unfortunately not a nice first impression for a room near the reception and the corridors or elevators.
