          • Location was excellent, hotel staff were helpfull and friendly, service she demonstrated was really remarkable.
          • Also efficient help available from front desk staff and the hot water supply is not enough for 2 persons to take a 10 minutes shower.

            Our room offered us a spectacular view of the Skytower and was smack bang in the centre of the cbd, hotel staff were helpfull and friendly. The apartment was spacious and clean.

            The room we had on the 3rd floor had a delightful view of, the bed was comfortable and there was a large flat screen TV.

            We often stay at best western elsewhere in europe and Auckland was by a long way the worst, service was not up to standard and staff were unfriendly and not helpful.

            Hot showers, good breakfast.

            I disliked the location on the block sandwiched between loud gaudy businesses, also individual car park size is not well suited to large vehicles and unfortunately the service at the hotel is not the best either.
