The rooms in the hotel were brand-new and well decorated.

It's a luxurious and fairly clean hotel, rooms are nicely furnished. It has comfortable and ideal location a short walk to Nader Art Gallery.

I recently stayed at Best Western Premier in Petion-Ville for a weekend getaway. The continental breakfast was delicious and the room size was perfect. I was impressed with the fridge and complimentary water, as well as the daily fresh towels. The TV and program selection were great, and I especially enjoyed having a balcony in our second room. The staff provided excellent service, from welcome drinks to bellhop service, and they were all very friendly and professional. the hotel offered a spacious and comfortable room, and I felt safe throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Haiti.

The restaurant here was elegant at the bar as well as the restaurant, we both ordered delicious dishes. It had spectacular views of the mountains and a beautiful decor.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The Wi-Fi worked well and was available throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety of options. The pool was clean and a nice place to relax.

The check-out process was a bit slow and confusing. The hotel could improve on its organization in this area.

Location: the hotel was really close to all restaurants, Petion-ville, a fashionable suburb of Port-au-Prince, Haiti's capital and many restaurants, parks, and shops in Petionville. The breakfast was free, the check in was early.

Secure location in Le Michel restaurant which served me very good breakfast, easy to get anywhere. Based so close to the businesses and great restaurants and a fashionable suburb of Port-au-Prince. Brand-new room, stocked, with all the latest amenities and AC and luxurious linens.

Serviceable hip new hotel with well-trained and extremely helpful staff from the front desk to the General manager. Brand-new room and great quality by the front desk.

The room was well-appointed and nicely furnished, had an absolutely superb view of the sea and mountains. The location was ideal, easy walk to Nader Art Gallery. The hotel itself was in a busy area, very close to shops in Petionville and the main square and Place Boyer and Haiti for over the past 10 years.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, located in a safe area where I felt comfortable walking around at night. The service was top-notch, from the friendly staff who were always eager to accommodate my requests to the General Manager who offered his assistance. The room amenities were fantastic, from the air conditioning to the in-room safe. I loved the restaurant and bar/lounge area, where I enjoyed delicious food and drinks. The free Wi-Fi and exercise gym were great bonuses.

Parking was difficult for guests with large vehicles.
