The rooms at Best Western Hotel Globus City are so cozy and comfortable, it feels like home! I really loved the seating area where I could unwind after a long day of exploring. It was the perfect spot to relax and catch up on some reading or just enjoy a cup of coffee. As someone who values relaxation and comfort, this was a major plus for me.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the minibar in the room. But hey, that's just my taste!

We very often spend the night here when passing through further south. Price/performance is really excellent, especially as the spa area is also very well maintained. No parking problem at all. Also the dining room looks attractive for dinner

Maybe the head pads, they're not for everyone.

hotel has a swimming pool and spa, we did not have time to evaluate, there were things in Forli tonight. It works from about 5pm to 10pm, closes early this weekend. room is full of water treatments, bathrobes, slippers for 2 pairs, cloud of towels, bath salts, skin care products, Jacuzzi + shower cubicle. At the reception hang pennants of almost all teams of the Italian Premier League - asked, it turns out a couple of years ago the team from the neighboring Cisena played in the top division, apartment owners Juventus-Milanov-Roma, etc. chose this hotel to accommodate their superstars. I guess that must mean something. Prices are more than reasonable for us, after Bologna and Florence. It's a couple of miles off the Bologna-Ancona motorway.

The Jacuzzi in room 440 is all shaky (nozzles fall off) and unwashed (probably not used for a long time). When turned on, the system is dirty in the bathroom, you have to drain and wait. There is no elevator from the parking lot, you can go out, a, you have to go around the building. . . There is nothing nearby (car dealerships and petrol stations), 7 km to the city.

I got great value for my money at Best Western. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient for accessing the highway and nearby garages. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast menu could be improved with a wider variety of hot food options.

The staff was very courteous and helped us right away when our youngest (2 years old) unintentionally locked his stuffed animal in the room safe.

Nothing could have been better.

I was delighted by the elegant decoration of the hotel, especially in the common areas. The beautiful furnishings and tasteful artwork created a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with well-lit corridors and ramps that made it convenient to navigate with my walking aid.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is to have larger font sizes on the information boards throughout the hotel. It would be easier for us to read and understand the important details if the text was more prominently displayed.

I always come back because the staff here once helped me find my lost wallet. Besides that, this place has Wi-Fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. Perfect! I'll be back for Christmas.

We stayed at Best Western for an overnight stop along our journey. The hotel's location near the motorway was convenient, with nearby garages offering non-motorway priced petrol. The breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks to choose from. The room was comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and there was ample parking available. Close enough to quickly reach town.
