Everything was exceptional - huge rooms and freshly prepared breakfasts. Special atmosphere and particularly good and amazing location close to the grounds, restaurants and local bars, and Oregon. Also, in the Valley. Extremely comfy beds, central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV in the room. Breakfast with fresh fruit and also great coffee.

Overall great stay of 3 nights and 4 days. Fairly clean, brand-new hotel. Unbeatable location in a very safe area with views of Japanese garden. Incredibly kind staff, new-fashioned rooms with the beautiful Asian style garden and the fireplace, for instance.

All in all everything was outstanding, had a perfect 10/10 stay of 3 nights and 4 days. Location: the hotel was just next door to a pond that is surrounded by a colourful garden, and the restaurant 1847 which was very good and has a lovely ambiance with views of Japanese garden. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the property. All of the staff was attentive and absolutely courteous. The offered breakfast was fresh made with many selections.

The property was in the middle of the city. It took only 15 minutes to walk to Lebanon Lbcc bus stop.

Luxurious, fairly clean hotel with hard-working and very amiable personnel who provide excellent customer service. Beautiful building and rooms with a great view of the gardens. Peaceful location close to bars and restaurants. The in-house restaurant for dinner.

The location is ideal, nestled in an area filled with medical school buildings and extensive walking paths, making it perfect for exploring. Plus, it's conveniently situated right across the highway from the local hospital, which came in handy during our visit. The service here is top-notch, with attentive staff who provided excellent customer service. From room service to dry cleaning, they had everything covered. The room amenities were great too, with a comfortable sitting area, in-room safe, and a refrigerator and microwave for our convenience. The hotel also offers a range of leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi. We made full use of these amenities and it really added to our overall experience. The garden area and sun loungers provided a tranquil place to relax, and the Wi-Fi throughout the hotel was a huge plus.

The location was perfect for the conference I attended next year, as it was only a short drive away. It was also great being so close to restaurants, making it convenient for meals. The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden walk around the pond, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and a magnification lighted mirror. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast had a variety of options, even catering to dietary restrictions.

The only downside was that the pool was too cold to swim in.
