Overall the hotel is a good value for a decent price.
For the price, despite all of the fancy descriptions, this is a very ordinary hotel.
Underground parking - awesome, most importantly the fabulous water park and the location is good as is only 5 mins away from the airport.
An airport hotel from a major chain everything you would expect.
Staff was polite and accommodating, the rooms were beautiful.
Well located near the airport in Calgary, accommodating staff, pleasant, well cared for rooms.
The front desk lady was courteous and professional, our room was very nice.

Its only advantage is that Enterprise Car Rental has a desk and excellent service when the front desk is open.
Good value, nice staff and the wireless internet was free.
Hotel staff is very friendly and we loved having the balcony to let fresh air in.
They also offer a shuttle service(for a small fee) to the airport and free parking at the hotel if you need to leave your car, which is nice for travelers that live outiside of calgary.

When the shuttle bus pulled up at 0600 hrs, I spoke with the driver telling him the arrangements that the hotel had stated.
