Management and staff were friendly every time we dealt with them, from reservations over the phone to requests and questions at the front desk.

Canmore location convenient to banff without the pricetag, enjoyable Stay and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Furthermore we also appreciated the free internet access in the lobby, reception staff is friendly and helpful, the hot tub is actually quite hot.

Rooms were updated and clean, kids loved the pool , jacuzzi, and slide (all very clean).

Hotel is clean, lobby are unique to Best Westerns and a quick drive to the parks.

    Nice cabinet/kitchen area and aC works well Trains do run by the south side of the property. Hotel is clean, lobby are unique to Best Westerns and a quick drive to the parks. The service is fantastic, rooms are spacious and modern, hot breakfast is served in the morning.

    The view was fantastic, stores were wonderful and this hotel was perfect in everyway. The house keeping staff as well as the front desk staff met us, rates also included a continental style breakfast and the service was friendly and efficient.     A nice view, long large room overlooking Three Sisters mountains and this hotel is very clean.     No snacks or coffee available for guests after the breakfast is over and the pool is a little cold.
