Unique and clean place with very pleasant and affable staff at the reception desk. Extensive breakfast to star a day with wine, daily changing chef's specials plus chocolate. Great and incredible location in Turnhout short walk to the neigborhood and the train station.

The rooms were nice and clean, with a complimentary drinks selection. The breakfast was abundant, with a huge variety of choices. The location of the hotel was excellent, with the train station just a minute's walk away and the city center within a 10-minute walk.

The window in my room couldn't open, and it was very small and at ground level. The air-conditioning/heating unit was also difficult to handle.

The room was spotlessly clean and had more than enough towels in the shower room. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any requests. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and train station, making it easy to explore. I had a great experience at Turnhout City Hotel.
