I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated in Victorian style. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring that my needs were met. The hotel had excellent internet and a comfortable TV lounge. The food, although limited, was cooked with great flavor, and the atmosphere in the dining area was enjoyable. The best part was the convenient location, right next to the main railway station.

Could not be improved in any way.

The location was very good, room very clean but a bit outdated.

Breakfast is rather designed for Asian guests, for Central Europeans not quite the right thing. The staff could give some better tips about the dinner in the city, these were rather borderline, but then found a good restaurant themselves.

I had an exceptional experience at a grand hotel in Zilina. The room was comfortable and the shower was advanced and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. I highly recommend this hotel.

The luxurious classic impression in every corner of the hotel. Nice breakfast and nice staff. The location opposite the main train station was very good. Still not too loud.

Located in a strategic spot near the train station and just a few minutes drive to the city centre. The hotel offers a variety of outdoor activities like hiking or visiting castles and mountains nearby. The breakfast is very appetizing, with a good selection of food, including an omelette made to order. The bathroom is clean and spacious, with nice towels and toiletries.

One of the facilities in the hotel is not well-maintained.

Located near the train station and the central square, this hotel provides easy access to both transportation and shopping. The buffet breakfast options were impressive and offered a great start to the day. The elegant design of the hotel’s interior provided a unique and enjoyable atmosphere.

The staff's poor attitude and lack of English fluency made communication difficult at times. The lack of a clear reception area and the requirement to climb stairs with suitcases made initial impressions of the hotel disappointing.

Located in the heart of the old town near the train station, this hotel would be luxurious in any location. Decor is outrageously plush, service is great too.

No tea, no coffe maker in the room, so starnge !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Samlest room smalest bed I have ever seen!!!!!! No free mineral wather!!! The so called steam didn't work!!!

We loved the spacious room, luxurious bathroom, delicious breakfast, and helpful staff. The hotel is well-maintained and conveniently located near the train station and city center. Great value for money!
