Best Western Plus Orlando Gateway Hotel - 奥兰多

Location: The hotel is situated in a very good location, very close to Universal, Wet 'n' Wild, Sea World, shopping and other attractions in the area.

Brilliant location for universal studios, great family hotel ideally located and for the price I paid.

Excellent location across the street from Wet and Wild water park and very close to Universal theme park.

We would then return to the hotel in one of the many taxis at the Universal taxi rank for $6 dollars.

The thing that made me the most furious was when we asked for a cab to the airport and a shuttle showed up (15 mins late).

The rooms were clean and comfy, it would be nice if the bathroom was updated and the floor washed more often but other than that no complaints and the bed was very comfy.

The room was clean enought , excelent bed, very equipment as Mini bar (empty for your convinience, we used a lot with our own beverages).

If you plan on staying here, take your shower shoes, bath cloths and towels from home, 2 blankets per bed.

The room was very comfortable and spacious there was new carpets throughout and the bed seemed like new and was very comfortable.

The rooms are very clean so are the beds and the bathroom.

Bar and restaurant very pricey ,breakfast for 4 was about £30 and drinks are very expensive.

We ate at the restaurant for all-you-can-eat breakfast which was buy adult, get child free.

We did not have a car, so we ended up eating in the hotel restaurant every morning for breakfast.

We brought some breakfast food, so I can't comment on the in hotel restaurant's breakfast buffet but it did look good.

We ate the buffet breakfast in the Sharkeys bar and although there are no complaints, it was more expensive than some very close by competitors and with not as much choice but again very handy.

All front-line staff from the reception, to tour desk, to bell service, to housekeeping, to breakfast/deli counter have delivered quality service to make us feel welcomed and our stay exceptional.

Our room was always serviced to stay lovely and clean, and the concierge staff were so friendly and helpful when giving directions to different places.

The staff have great standards of customer service and are always happy to help.

The staff were friendly and polite, you couldn't walk past reception without a cheerful "hello" and a big smile.

As humidity was low in November it was an easy 15 minute walk to both Universal park - great to leave the car in the well lit hotel car park (you also save car parking fees that way!

The pool area is a good size with two spa's and an outdoor bar.

There is a nice pool which never gets too overcrowded and two lovely jacuzzi's.

The Housekeeping staff are very good and our room was always spotless with all toiletries restocked everyday and clean bedding and towels.

The hotel is clean and tidy and the rooms are very comfortable and cleaned every day to a high standard.

Our room was spacious, the pool was clean and tidy.
