The room was a nice size and brand-new with new mattresses. The separate kitchen and microwave were as advertised. The staff were very friendly and excellent towards all guests. Easy check-in and overall friendly service. The pool area was kept clean. The location was convenient, about a 10-15 minutes' walk from Shaw's.

The hotel had a very central setting in the center of town. Enjoyed our rooms with comfortable beds.

Room we stayed in was tidy and bright, had brand-new comfy mattresses, a sleeper sofa, and a double bed. The hot breakfast was amazing! Our winter stay was enjoyable overall ❄️.

Possibly the best and excellent stay in the winter. Airy, neat room with a kitchenette and the AC, as for instance! Location next to downtown shops, many restaurants including Mojo Cafe, and pharmacies.

The rooms were well-organized with 2 double beds. The hotel's location was comfortable and excellent. The restaurants and pubs nearby offered very good food. The town was nice and cozy. Convenient for skiing at Okemo Mountain.

Management helpful and friendly. Good wifi. Staff knowledgeable about local venues and directions. Oversized, clean, comfortable rooms. Included breakfast with room for improvement. Perfect location for skiing at Okemo.

Plenty of parking

Motel changed from being a Best Western this year after my reservation, but Booked.net did not advise and offer the opportunity to cancel and re-book elsewhere. Rooms dark and poorly lit. Not an attractive property.

Enjoyed the 2 room suite with a queen bed, full bed and twin bed. The breakfast was better than most hot breakfasts at other hotels. My kids enjoyed the bonfire near the pool.Walking distance to many restaurants including Mojo Cafe.

The key card did not work immediately. The bathroom facilities worked but seemed old as the water in the tub appeared a little yellow (may have been the color of the tub).

The spacious and well-appointed rooms at the Ludlow Colonial Motel were perfect for our stay. With plenty of hooks and seating, it was easy for us as vegetarians to unpack and relax. The motel's location was also convenient, being close to Okemo skiing and Ludlow restaurants. We appreciated the pleasant and easy check-in process as well.

We felt well taken care of during our stay at the Ludlow Colonial Motel, with no complaints whatsoever.

Location

The room was not great. It was "OK" for a one night stay, but it was way more money than the room was worth. There were water stains on the ceiling, the carpet was "sort of" clean, and there was an ear plug behind one of the night stands, along with a ton of dust. You can tell the housekeeping people just spot clean here.

The location close to Weston Priory. Staff was pleasent and accomadating.

When I registered on Booked.net breakfast was listed. When I got there, I was told that there was no breakfast available. Availability of breakfast was part of my decision to book. The pool was green and slimy. I had stayed here before but quality and cleanliness has declined.

We had a fantastic time at the Colonial Motel! The family-run business made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to both the town center and Okemo mountain. Our room had all the amenities promised, and the free unlimited Wi-Fi was a hit with our teenagers. Despite a small issue with the hot water on our first morning, the owner immediately moved us to a nicer room and we had no more problems. The price was great for the location, and parking was convenient.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more!
