The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, tourist attractions, and central areas. Close proximity to Konak metro, harbor, Kemeralti Bazaar, YKM, and shopping centers. The rooms have a modern decor. The beds are comfortable. The staff are hospitable and sincere.

The hotel is located directly at the sea of Izmir, so you have a beautiful view of the water. Moreover, the location is very good, only 5 minutes walk from the metro station and bus stops. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The equipment was more than adequate.

After check-in the bathroom was not cleaned, but the following day it was.

Property was well appointed, we really enjoyed this place.

We were offered fine and satisfactory breakfast options with meat, meat in chafing dishes. The staff was very amiable, caring with every request.

The location is exceptionally nice and unbeatable, close to ferries, Alsancak, and local shops. Good Turkish food is available in the area. Kumrucu Izzet is a quick meals spot just a 20-minute walk from the hotel.

Except the location on the main road the hotel is not worth this price.

The room was spacious and had a nice view of the water, perfect for our romantic escape. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a decent variety of options. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Our stay was marred by a few negative aspects. The staff's English was limited which made communication difficult and frustrating.

The room with a good bathroom was truly enjoyable. The location was magnificent, just a 5-minute walk from Izmir Clock Tower. The hotel is situated in a very nice area, right in the heart of Izmir.

the location is perfect as it's right on a main street and offers a beautiful view of the sea. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Finally, the rooms were clean and comfortable with nice views. Additionally, the included breakfast was delicious.

the location was excellent, right in front of aegean sea and 5-10 mins walk from a shopping mall and major banks and eataries. the rooms are spacious with all the basic comforts available. the restaurant is nice and the cooking is good.

too pricey for the facilities offered. the staff was really at times incompetent. not considering the language issue, as they couldnt talk in english - they would hardly come up with proper information about anything. the shower area in the bathrooms was clumsy and not recommended for old people at all. no attached balcony with the rooms mean you cant enjoy the sea fully. the restaurant is small and doesnt have much of choice. the hotel also has very limited tie ups with tour companies for visitors to go to places like ephesus and pamukkale.

The Room was large, roomy, and the bathroom was a nice size. The toilet had enough room around it for people of all sizes. The shower was difficult to get into because it and the bathtub are on a platform -- this would be difficult for any person with a handicapp involving their legs (like myself) to get into. The hotel has no ice-despensers for guests to use (maybe they assume that the drinks in the minibar are cold enough). When I twisted my ankle and needed ice for it, I had to make a special trip downstairs to the main desk but they were very nice and gave me a nice hefty-bagful to use which helped a lot. They had a computer at the main desk for guests to use, which was quite convenient and made getting boarding passes quite easily

The air-conditioning was not successful, even after several requests for it to be fixed. It would cool the room at night, but even if I left it on high, by the time it was time to get up in the morning, the room would be stiffling hot. This was disorienting because the halls were over-airconditioned, almost cold. The breakfast buffet was good, but barely changed from day to day. Finally, there was a bus stop close to the hotel (although the desk personnel could know the routes a bit better) while getting across the highway on the other side of the hotel to the beach was dangerous.

Excellent location and comfortable room with a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. The internet connection was fast and reliable. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
