Staff endeavours, but not particularly friendly and attentive. Rooms are a bit worn, the corridors are stuffy and cannot be properly ventilated. Spa area in urgent need of renovation.

This hotel was not worth the price paid. Room facilities were poor especially the shower and the reservations manager was unapproachable and tried to overcharge us

The staff, from the chambermaid to the management, were well-mannered and very knowledgeable. Early check-in and fast check-out were convenient. The hotel features a great pool and spa center onsite. Its central location in Dunfermline makes it a great base for exploration. The surrounding area is very pleasant.
