The Wi-Fi here is stable and the service is great.

The hotel is located in a central area close to bakeries, the market, shops, beaches, and local bars and restaurants. We booked a classic queen room and were able to request a bed change and utilize the wake-up service, which was available.

Everything was excellent during our trip, and the location was magnificent, very close to the city center.

The total stay was excellent on two nights of our stay. The breakfast was good with gorgeous food.- Very good and courteous staff, everything was great.- Liked that it was 5 minutes' walk from the train station.

The service was very good, including an excellent breakfast with bacon and both scrambled. The location was exceptionally nice and incredible in a safe area.- Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby La Goulue.

The food was fantastic and there were modern, stylish rooms with amenities like coffee makers and showers.

Arrived and got a themed classic queen room on the ground floor with clean sheets - really liked that. The breakfast they offered was top-notch, with crispy bacon and boiled eggs. 🍳 Enjoyed every bite!

The location here is wonderful, just a short walk to a French museum. The rooms are nice and clean.

The Best Western Plus Hotel Litteraire Jules Verne in Biarritz exceeded our expectations. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. Our spacious and bright room had a clean bathroom and thoughtful touches like complimentary water and a note for our anniversary. The comfortable bed and perfect shower pressure added to our enjoyable stay. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the airport, bus stops, and the center of Biarritz. The pool area was a great bonus, with plenty of lounge chairs and separate pool towels provided. We would definitely stay here again.

The Tulip Inn is in an excellent location, receptionist was very helpful, rooms basic but prefectly clean and adequate. Would stay here again

Possibility to have coffee or Tea in the room, amability of the staff.

Small room, old furnitures, very small bathroom: everything looks like in a hospital. Scandalous for the price ( 80 EUR). Premium rooms (99EUR) do not present better attributes. Swimming pool was closed (it is only open 2 months a year). Overalll I would not recommend the hotel.
