We had a great stay at Hotel & Aparthotel Casteau Resort Mons Soignies. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns we had. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet-style breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The hotel was well-equipped and had a powerful shower in the bathroom. Additionally, the location was fantastic, with convenient access to two nice restaurants just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The gluten-free breakfast was disappointing. There was a sort of a gluten-free miniweek, which was hard and did not taste at all! Because of bad experiences I had something of my own. Nevertheless, I paid the full breakfast price.

During our stay at the Casteau Resort Mons, we encountered a minor issue with the hot water. However, the problem was promptly addressed by a plumber and resolved the following day.

We have booked the hotel because of its proximity to the Paria Daiza .super friendly staff, large free parking lot, in the evening you could still drink a delicious beer, comfortable beds and air conditioning.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great, including the fitness center, sauna, and jacuzzi. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices and was very good. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the staff was professional and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Pairi Daiza zoo was very convenient for us as we were able to drive there in a short time.
