I had a great stay at Hotel Alize in Mouscron. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and well-appointed. The twin room I stayed in had a separate toilet and shower room, and even had a fridge stocked with bottled water. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being centrally located within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold options. I also liked the fact that in the evening, the dining area converted into a bar where I could relax and enjoy a drink. I would highly recommend Hotel Alize as a great base for Battlefield Tours.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main square. Despite being central, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The staff here are amazing, always friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The spacious and clean room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a well-stocked mini-bar. The breakfast served here was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. The staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place for its excellent location, quality service, and enhanced comfort.

Very neat rooms / hotel. Staff is very friendly. Ideally located in a quiet side street of the big market. Suite was spacious room with box spring, jacuzzi, choice of 2 types of pillows and coffee / tea facilities in the room.

The bed was comfy with nice pillows. Room had necessary basics: iron board, fridge, safe. Clean. Served breakfast had variety of fresh local products.

Breakfast was good and extensive, especially the fresh orange juice that is an added value for us!

Spent the Easter holiday at a hotel in a small town and had a really nice experience. The breakfast spread was impressive, with hot and cold options including bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, as well as pastries. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. The hotel's location was great for exploring the town and there were plenty of shops and restaurants around.

Although the hotel was situated in a convenient area, the town itself didn't have many options for dining or shopping. some of the smaller shops were closed due to renovations.

I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the fact that the room was soundproofed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also offered a variety of services, such as room service, car hire, and laundry, making my stay even more convenient. Additionally, the in-house restaurant served a delicious breakfast with plenty of choices, including fresh local produce and the option to squeeze your own oranges for juice. I had a wonderful experience at this luxury hotel and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

minus point : there was only 1 card per room, and this one had to be used for the electricity. so if 1 person wanted to go outside and back inside then the 2nd person in the room had no electricity.

The hotel was perfect: modern, beautiful room, good shower, very well cared for and squat, very friendly people. I had chosen it mainly because of its location: near the Grand Place of Mouscron.

I really don't see what could have been better. Everything was perfect.
